1- You can use it when washing your hair, then detangle it with conditioner.

2- As a deep treatment, apply it to the hair and then use a hair dryer for 8 minutes, and then wash it out.

3- You can also apply it before washing for 30 minutes. Then proceed with the washing.

If your hair feels "hard," don't worry. It means your strands were extremely dehydrated and absorbed all the proteins from the cocoa and rosemary. Just shampoo it out and that effect will pass. Being rich in protein 🥰 makes your strands stronger and heavier.
