Business Days:
Includes Monday to Friday, excluding holidays or non-working days and weekends. In the context of order processing, only business days are considered to calculate delivery times and deadlines.
- Order Processing:
- We ship to all US territories inside and outside the United States.
- As delivery companies we use United State Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS)
- Orders received Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be processed the same day .
- Orders received after 12:00 PM, on non-working days or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- It may take up to 72 hours for an order to update on the USPS tracking pages.
- Shipping Costs:
- The shipping cost is calculated according to the item(s) selected and the postal address where the package will be sent.
- On special occasions we offer free shipping depending on the value of the order.
- Customer Tracking and Responsibility:
- If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, you must inform us before the order is processed and shipped, since after this we will not be able to fulfill your request.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor and track their package.
- Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays. Estimated delivery time may vary due to weather conditions or holiday seasons.
- The customer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address, any error in the address will delay the departure of your package or may cause it to be lost, in case this happens Hair Plus Products IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for the package.
- The customer will be responsible for paying any extra costs for reshipping, if the package is returned to our office due to an error in the address or for not being claimed, in case the package is held at the post office.
- Lost or Damaged Order:
- In the event that the shipping company marks the package as delivered and the customer does not receive it or the package is lost by the shipping company, the customer must contact us by phone (407) 437-4466 or by email at info@hairplusproductos.com to inform us of the situation.
- As a company, we will proceed to make the corresponding claim. The claim process takes 3 to 12 business days and once we receive a response, we will contact the customer. When the case is concluded with all the evidence provided by the shipping company, the lost package will be resent if it has not been recovered. As a customer, you should know that in these cases, refunds do not apply .
- When the customer receives a product in poor condition, such as broken or spilled, they must notify us through our email info@hairplusproductos.com. In this email they will provide the order number, the affected product and an image showing what happened to the product. This way we can assist you better and add the information to our file. Depending on the affected product, we will proceed with a reshipment or refund.
- Returns:
- All sales are final , as these are personal care products we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This guarantees that any product purchased has not been in the hands of anyone other than our staff. This criterion applies to all items displayed in this online store.
- If for any reason the product received is not the product that appears on your purchase receipt or was damaged during shipping, please report it immediately so that the corresponding change can be made, by emailing info@hairplusproductos.com
