Includes Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, non-working days, and weekends. For order processing purposes, only business days are considered when calculating lead times and delivery times.
- Order Processing:
- We ship to all U.S. territories inside and outside the United States.
- As delivery companies we use United State Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS)

Orders received Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be processed the same day . NOTE: Occasionally this processing time may vary, due to external circumstances beyond our control (weather, high demand, logistical delays, etc.)

Orders received after 12:00 PM, on non-business days, or on weekends, will be processed the next business day.

It may take up to 72 hours for an order to be updated on the USPS tracking pages.
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the item(s) selected and the postal address where the package will be sent.
- On special occasions we offer free shipping depending on the value of the order.
- Customer Tracking and Responsibility:
- If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, you must inform us before the order is processed and shipped, as after this time we will not be able to fulfill your request.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor and track their package.
- Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays. Estimated delivery times may vary due to weather conditions or holiday seasons.
- The customer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address, any error in the address will delay the departure of your package or may result in its loss, in case this happens Hair Plus Products IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for the package.
- The customer will be responsible for paying any additional reshipping costs if the package is returned to our office due to an incorrect address or because it was not claimed, or if the package is held at the post office.
- Lost or Damaged Order:
- In the event that the shipping company marks the package as delivered and the customer does not receive it or the package is lost by the shipping company, the customer must contact us by phone (407) 437-4466 or by email at info@hairplusproductos.com to inform us of the situation.
- As a company, we will file the corresponding claim. The claim process takes 3 to 12 business days, and we will contact the customer once we receive a response. Once the case is concluded with all the evidence provided by the shipping company, we will proceed to reship the lost package if it has not been recovered. As a customer, please note that refunds are not applicable in these cases.
- If a customer receives a product in poor condition, such as broken or spilled, they must report it to our email address info@hairplusproductos.com. They will provide the order number, the affected product, and an image showing what happened to the product. This way, we can better assist you and add the information to our files. Depending on the affected product, a reshipment or refund will be processed.
- Returns:
- All sales are final . As these are personal care products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This guarantees that any purchased product has not been in the hands of anyone other than our staff. This criterion applies to all items displayed in this online store.
- If for any reason the product you received is not the one shown on your purchase receipt or was damaged during shipping, please report it immediately so we can make the corresponding exchange by emailing info@hairplusproductos.com.
